You have access to your storage unit all year round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
SECURITY
Is the storage facility secure?
The facility is located in an area with 24-hour physical security, and the premises are constantly monitored by CCTV.
What should I do if I have trouble accessing my storage unit?

Are my belongings insured?
Our facility has liability insurance (OC). Additionally, you can take out insurance for your stored belongings against theft or other unforeseen events.
Do the storage units come with padlocks?
Storage units do not come with padlocks. Please bring your own lock on your first visit to the facility.
RENTAL
Who can rent a self storage unit?
A self storage unit can be rented by both companies and private individuals.
Can I rent a unit immediately?
Yes, you can rent a storage unit instantly online. After signing the agreement and completing the payment, you’ll receive access to your unit.
Can I rent a unit remotely?
Of course! The entire process can be completed remotely, without the need to visit the office.
What do I need to rent a unit at Flexi-Box.pl?
To rent a unit, simply choose your preferred box, fill out the rental form, accept the necessary consents, and make the payment on the Flexi-Box.pl website.
You can also arrange the rental by phone or email with our team.
AGREEMENT
Can I review the rental terms in advance?
Yes, of course. A sample agreement is available on the Flexi-Box.pl website in the General Terms and Conditions section.
How can I extend my agreement?
You can extend your agreement online through your account on the Flexi-Box.pl website or via email.
How can I terminate my agreement?
You can terminate your agreement by contacting our support team.
What is the notice period?
A one-month notice period applies.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay for your unit online (by card, bank transfer, or Blik). Payment processing is handled by Fiserv.

What are the prices for different units?

What types and sizes of units can I rent?
Available types of units can be found on the Flexi-Box.pl website in the “Choose a unit” section. Thanks to the size descriptions and example contents, you can easily imagine how much space each unit offers.
Can I rent multiple units?
Of course! You can rent any number of units of any type.
Are there any items that cannot be stored?
The following items are not allowed in the units:
– perishable goods;
– explosives, weapons, ammunition, or military and police equipment or technologies;
– live animals, dead animals, or carcasses;
– flammable, toxic, or radioactive materials, including natural gas, gasoline, oils, fuels, or flammable chemicals;
– chemical substances;
– items prohibited by law;
– items weighing more than 500 kg per square meter of unit space.
AMENITIES
Is there parking in front of the building?
Yes, of course. There is a free parking area in front of the facility for your convenience.
Is the facility equipped with trolleys?
For larger units, you can drive right up to the door — a trolley won’t be necessary.
How is access to the facility arranged?
The facility has a sliding gate that allows vehicles to enter the yard. Each unit has its own individual lock.
Are there hooks, shelves, or racks inside the units?
Units are not equipped with shelves, racks, or hooks. However, you may bring your own racks as long as you do not alter the structure or walls of the unit.
Do the units have electricity?
No, the units do not have access to electricity.
Are the units heated? What is the temperature and humidity?
The units are not heated and do not have thermal insulation. Depending on air humidity, condensation may appear on the ceiling and walls of the unit. Please make sure to protect your belongings properly.
